CUSTOMER BRIEF
When originally approached by ARH we were asked to quote on vehicle signage to turn their plain van into the appearance of an animal ambulance. That was put on hold as ARH decided that a full rebrand of the organisation was needed and they commissioned a professional graphic designer to design their new logo and brand identity. ARH approached Sign Up Now again and enquired about extending the new brand to the buildings of both hospitals.
After we visited the hospitals we agreed that instead of adding small signage to the existing external painted walls that it would be a great opportunity to utilise the whole buildings, not just sections of the buildings, to display the new ARH brand. With that in mind we suggested a few concepts that would unite the brand of both hospitals.
SOLUTION OUTLINED
We suggested that the exterior of both hospitals should be painted in the new corporate colours and that building signage be scaled up to display the striking new ARH logo on a large scale. We also used a specially sourced white frosted effect film for the entrance foyer windows to contrast the blue ARH logo. A key requirement was for the building signage to be removable at a future date, therefore 3mm Alupanel an aluminium clad composite sheeting was selected for the job.
The signage was not restricted to the outside of the buildings. Internally we installed router cut and painted MDF letters to the reception foyer, which blend beautifully into the wall to provide an elegant effect. ARH logos and frosted films were applied to the consultation rooms as well as vinyl cut logos for the CT scan machine.

MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS

Painting: Both hospitals were repainted in Blue and Grey Exterior Acrylic per ARH branding guidelines.
External Building Signs: Vinyl cut graphics applied to sheets of 3mm Gloss white Alupanel.
Window Films: Milk White (DV017) from Johnsons Professional Graphics was used to cover the full height and width of the entrance foyer windows. Vinyl cut ARH logos applied.
Vinyl cut logos: Avery 900 series vinyl was used for all logos including vehicle graphics, and CTC scan machine.
Reception: ARH Logo was router cut from 10mm MDF and painted the same as the wall colour.
Building Numbers: 10mm white dense foam router cut numbers.
Animal Ambulance: Vinyl cut graphics and digitally printed images were used.
